I was very depressed and anxious following the unexpected death of my husband.
Since I prefer to avoid using drugs, my daughter, a registered nurse (RN), suggested that I use some essential oils. She is very pleased and impressed with the value of essential oils and sent me a full set of them with a diffuser.
I used Lavender essential oil on my feet and in the diffuser, and, with only the first application, I was finally able to sleep. I used the diffuser both during the day and at night. I used the Stress Away blend on my wrists as well during the daytime.
This combination of treatments has contributed to my ever increasing ability to stay calm and to focus.
