I used to wake up several times a night and take 20 to 30 minutes just to fall asleep again.
A lady told me about using Lavender essential oil to help me sleep. So I put 2 drops on the bottom of each foot, and I started sleeping better.
Even though I still took a while to fall asleep, the first night I only woke up once. That was an improvement over 3 to 4 times, for sure!
I usually fall asleep on my side with my arms curled around my pillow, so I started rubbing a drop on each upper arm; then I was falling asleep within 5 minutes!
It took about 4 to 5 days to get to the point that I was just putting the Lavender on my feet to start sleeping all night.
