Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

Recently after an initial episode of violent vomiting and diarrhea, I rinsed my mouth with Thieves Fresh Essence Mouthwash to clear the bacteria out of my mouth.

Then I mixed coconut oil with a drop each of Ginger and Patchouli essential oils. I rubbed this oil mixture along the left side of my stomach between the ribs and hips (location of the descending colon) and on my navel.

I experienced relief within 20 minutes and had no repeat episodes. We all know how ravaging these types of viruses can be, and I was amazed and grateful that Ginger and Patchouli protected me.
