Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have a lower back issue which, when it gets bad, causes me to have a hard time standing up straight. I walk 5 miles every day, and, when I get home and cool off, my back really starts giving me fits.

I go to a chiropractor religiously and have been doing so for the last 5 years. About a month ago I made an essential oil rub consisting of:

* 10 drops PanAway
* 10 drops Copaiba
* 10 drops Valor
* 10 drops Peppermint
* 1/4 cup coconut oil

Since using this twice a day, in the morning after I shower when my back is still warm and at night before I go to bed, I can really tell the difference. I noticed that I am not seizing up and can walk straight again.

When I told my chiropractor what I was using, he told me not to stop. I love, love, love essential oils!
