Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My hip has been really bothering me. I finally decided to try this special recipe from the Essential Oils Pocket Reference Guide:

* 6 drops Eucalyptus Blue

* 6 drops Melaleuca Alternifolia

* 4 drops German Chamomile

* 2 drops Peppermint

* 2 drops Lemongrass

I added the above essential oils to my little glass bottle and then filled it up with almond oil.

I have been rubbing this on my hip 2 or 3 times per day, and the relief has been wonderful.

My hip discomfort has improved so much. This has taken a couple of weeks for the aching to be mostly gone. However, because I kept at it, I saw improvement slowly.

But now it is almost completely resolved.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: joints,arthritis — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
2.Associated topics: joints,arthritis — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
3.Associated topics: joints — "Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
