Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
My mornings were hideous. Despite taking an allergy nasal spray and pill, I would wake up terribly congested with sinus pain and a runny nose like I have never seen.
I finally set to work thinking it had to be something to do with my bedroom/bed/linens and considered that a dust mite reaction might just be the culprit. I found this scientific study which used Clove essential oil and decided to try it:
I put one teaspoon per cup of water in a spray bottle and went to town on the mattress, pillows, and linens. A very noticeable improvement was seen after the first day, and I continued the protocol for three days. Now I do not even need to blow my nose in the morning, and prior to this I could not stop its deluge!
Per the scientific study, this protocol should be repeated at 3-month intervals. I would do a test on a small area of lightly-colored fabric first, as there is a slight color to Clove essential oil. Thanks, Young Living!
