Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

I have suffered with Crohn's disease for the last 15 years. I have been on many medications and finally, four years ago, underwent a resectioning surgery of my intestine. This probably saved my life, but I have continued to have severe symptoms and bouts with Crohn's.

Earlier this year, my symptoms worsened to the point that many days I could not work and would spend hours in the restroom. I became desperate to find a solution that did not involve another surgery or starting again on hardcore drugs with serious side effects.

After reading numerous testimonials about NingXia Red's success in helping lower overall inflammation levels in the body, I felt optimistic and ordered a Premium Starter Kit and a month's supply of NingXia Red.

For the first two weeks, I decided the only thing I would do differently would be to start drinking NingXia Red. I started drinking two ounces in the morning and two ounces at night.

As crazy as this sounds, at the end of day two I had already gone from visiting the restroom 22 to 24 times a day down to only 10 to 12 times per day.

At the end of day five, I was only visiting the restroom about 6 times a day. I was in complete disbelief.

I was also experiencing detox symptoms during the first five days, such as body aches, sinus drainage, etc. But I understood that the NingXia Red was killing off so many toxins; and many of my candida symptoms started decreasing too!

I was so elated by my improvement that I started adding DiGize and Copaiba essential oils in capsules every night. I would add four drops of each to a capsule with a carrier oil, and for the first time in years I was not getting sick in the middle of the night and could sleep.

I have continued this regimen of 4 ounces of NingXia Red a day and a capsule every night of DiGize and Copaiba. I cannot believe how great I feel... better than I have in years!

I also carry DiGize and Peppermint essential oils with me during the day so that, if I feel sick at all, I am able to rub a drop of DiGize over my abdomen and then a drop of Peppermint over that. Peppermint seems to drive the DiGize in and also helps with the strong scent of DiGize.

I am so appreciative and happy that I have improved so drastically and have done it all naturally!

Supporting Scientific Studies
1."Phytogenic compounds with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties are currently discussed as promising complementary agents in prevention and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Our study aimed to evaluate possible protective and curative effects of broccoli extract (BE) and of the essential oils of turmeric (Cuo), thyme (To), and rosemary (Ro) in a rat model with a mild dextran sulphate sodium- (DSS-) induced colitis.... We conclude that the phytogenic additives tested have a promising anti-inflammatory potential in vivo and a particular role in the prevention of IBD."Link
2."Anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antimicrobial, antioxidant, carminative [flatulence] and immunomodulatory properties of caraway suggest that it might exert beneficial effects on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).... CHE and CEO [caraway essential oil] at all doses tested were effective in reducing colon tissue lesions and colitis indices and the efficacy was nearly the same when different doses of plant fractions were administered p.o. or i.p..... These data suggest that caraway fractions are both effective and possess anti-colitic activity irrespective of the dose and route of administration."Link
3."[W]e studied the anti-inflammatory and gastroprotective effects of C. citratus [Lemongrass] and E. citriodora [Lemon Eucalyptus] essential oils on formol-induced edema and acetic acid induced abdominal cramps in Wistar rats.... In vivo analysis and histological assay showed that the two essential oils displayed significant dose-dependent edema [swelling] inhibition effect over time. They displayed strong analgesic [pain-relieving] and antipyretic [fever-reducing] properties similar to that induced by 50 mg/kg of acetylsalicylate of lysine.... This work demonstrates the anti-inflammatory property of Cymbopogon citratus [Lemongrass] and Eucalyptus citriodora [Lemon Eucalyptus], suggesting their potential role as adjuvant therapeutic alternatives in dealing with inflammatory-related diseases."Link
4."Peppermint oil is harmless and acts locally to inhibit GI [gastrointestinal] smooth muscle contraction.... Peppermint oil solution administered intraluminally can be used as an antispasmodic agent with superior efficacy and fewer side effects than hyoscine-N-butylbromide...."Link
5."A 4 weeks treatment with peppermint oil improves abdominal symptoms in patients with irritable bowel syndrome.... The symptoms evaluated were: abdominal bloating, abdominal pain or discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, feeling of incomplete evacuation, pain at defecation, passage of gas or mucus, and urgency at defecation."Link
6."It is suggested that the in vivo effect of tea tree oil ointment in the therapy of fungal infections of the skin and mucous membranes as well as in the treatment of dandruff, a mild form of seborrheic dermatitis, may be at least partly due to an antifungal activity of tea tree oil."Link
7."Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
8."As proven in vitro, essential oils [Eucalyptus, Melaleuca Alternifolia, Thyme, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Cinnamon, Grapefruit, Clove, Sandalwood, Peppermint, Sage (includes all components of Thieves blend)] represent a cheap and effective antiseptic topical treatment option even for antibiotic-resistant strains [such] as MRSA and antimycotic [antifungal]-resistant Candida species."Link
