Before discovering the world of therapeutic essential oils, I had been having chronic middle ear infections for a few years. They would last an average of a month and I would have to go on various antibiotics to clear them. One winter, I got yet ANOTHER middle ear infection. A Young Living distributor friend of mine brought me a bottle of oregano oil and showed me how to take it internally. I started off injesting 5 drops mixed with olive oil in a gel cap and taking it 3x a day after a meal. The next day I went up to 8 drops, 3x a day, then to 10 drops 3x a day. By the third day, it already felt healed. However, I continued this protocol for one week, by 'ramping down' the amount of drops per day, just to be sure it was really gone. It was! It has been over 2 years, and I have never had another infection since! This began my journey with Young Living essential oils. I have since become a distributor and am committed to sharing these oils with everyone I meet!
