Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My husband recently had rotator cuff repair surgery done, and we were not excited about the recovery process. From everything that we heard, it was a long, painful road back to full use of the arm.

After surgery I started using Lavender and Frankincense essential oils on the bottoms of his feet, diluted with some sweet almond oil. This regimen was primarily for helping him sleep, and it proved very effective.

Since then we have been using PanAway to help with the discomfort, and we have found that my husband does not need to use anything else for that. In the past, he has always had to use at least twice the recommended dose of meds to have relief, and yet just a reasonable amount of PanAway has kept him going just fine!

We have also been using Valor essential oil blend before my husband's physical therapy to help him get through it, and we have been using Peppermint essential oil to help relax his muscles afterwards. We love our essential oils!
