Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have sensitive skin. When I took classes at the Young Living convention this summer, my skin had started burning from putting on a brand-new knit top from Macy's. I took off the top and noticed several areas of flushed skin from my waist up, except where my bra had protected my skin.

Washing the area had almost no effect. I had reacted to dye in a shirt a few years ago and remembered talking to the company rep, who told me some dyes are irritating. It was difficult to stabilize my skin at that time.

I was sharing a hotel room with three women, so I asked my convention roommate Janet to snap some photos of the irritated areas before leaving for 9 AM convention classes. She did so and then offered me her bottle of Young Living Lavender essential oil to use.

Janet and the others left the room to attend classes while I began applying Lavender oil on my upper body, including my face, which had red areas from the contact as well.

The burning and redness were all but ended within 15 minutes after using Lavender essential oil. I took photos of myself and sent them along with the "before" photos to my own email and also sent at least a few of the photos to Janet.

Other symptoms like racing heart began slowing down as my skin became less and less irritated. I am so grateful there is a solution for skin reactions like mine! Since then, I find that people are amazed when I share my photos of this incident.
