Having to take care of my mom who has dementia, I have a very difficult time getting some sound sleep. I also get very stressed out! At times I have resorted to some extreme options (with side effects) to help me relax.

Recently I saw where someone had posted a recipe for using essential oils to help you stay calm and get some sleep.

Here is the recipe:

1/3 cup coconut oil
12 drops Lavender
12 drops Peace & Calming
12 drops Cedarwood

I mixed this concoction and... WOW! Talk about having restful sleep! I apply a small amount, about 2 drops, to the feet and massage it over the whole foot, focusing on the big toes. I can now get some good rest, and I wake up more relaxed.
