Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

I have several autoimmune conditions, including fibromyalgia (FMS), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and arthritis. I work 2 days a week, and typically the day after I am tired and in some pain but manage it with essential oils.

Today it was bad... really bad! But I needed to get some housework done for the Labor Day holiday guests. So I diffused and applied essential oils every hour or so and got some relief but still hurt to the point that I could not do much around the house.

Then I remembered the "Morphine Bomb". I took one capsule of it, and within 30 minutes my pain was completely gone. I have been rocking the housework ever since. Yay!

Morphine Bomb recipe:

5 drops Frankincense
5 drops Copaiba
5 drops Idaho Balsam Fir

Put the drops of essential oil in a capsule and ingest.

CHE and CEO [caraway essential oil] at all doses tested were effective in reducing colon tissue lesions and colitis indices and the efficacy was nearly the same when different doses of plant fractions were administered p.o. or i.p..... These data suggest that caraway fractions are both effective and possess anti-colitic activity irrespective of the dose and route of administration."Link
