As I was moving about my home in the evening, I had a slight tinge of lower back pain on the left side. It hurt in the lower left of my back, and I could not put full weight on the left side to walk.
I put three drops of the Wintergreen essential oil and the Aroma Siez essential oil blend on my lower back and rubbed it in really well.
Within JUST a COUPLE of minutes, it STOPPED HURTING. I could get up from the couch and move about with NO PAIN!
I love that these essential oils are so pure and therapeutic and that they work so quickly.
