Many people do not realize that the perimenopausal stage begins at about age 35. I began having night sweats in January and did not put two and two together that I was having a hormonal imbalance due to perimenopause at age 47.

I had never used essential oils and did not know much about them, but I decided to try the Dragon Time oil blend and was amazed that the night sweats ended almost immediately!

I now use Dragon Time for the first 14 days into my cycle, applying a couple of drops to the abdomen and Progessence Plus Serum for the second half. I also take Thyromin right at bedtime. I am feeling great, sleeping well, and no longer throwing the covers off at night!
